We provide FREE EXPRESS SHIPPING in Australia via Express Post with tracking, to make sure your book arrives as quickly as possible. 

Books are generally dispatched from the studio within 24-48 hours. Average delivery time is 1-4 days from dispatch. Should your order not be received within a reasonable timeframe, please contact jem@jemcresswell.com

INTERNATIONAL

We provide FREE EXPRESS INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING** via DHL Express.

International delivery timeframes vary depending on your location, and will be provided to you upon receipt of your order. Delivery should be expected within 3-10 days from dispatch. All international shipping is via DHL Express, which continue to operate through these challenging times and have been providing fast reliable delivery.

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes levied by the destination country’s government. Any additional fees including but not limited to duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient/customer. Any such additional charges must be paid by the recipient/customer. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. Please contact your local customs office regarding these policies including duties and taxes. Some of the countries that have been charging import duties and taxes are Canada, Greece and France.
